1. Fill out the Pre-Merchant Application Form
2. Driver’s license or passport for all principal/shareholders
3. 3-6 months previous processing statements, if currently processing with another processor
4. Articles of incorporation or company formation equivalent if already done

This is the bear minimum we require to get the underwriting process started and initiate a pre-approval. We will contact you if we require further information.
